Disclosure: The Half Tees in this post were provided to me. All thoughts on them are genuine and all my own.
I am happy to report I completed my Whole30 this week and the month went off without a hitch! When I finally was allowed to step on the scales yesterday I was pleased to see I had lost several pounds. While the point of Whole30 is not weight loss, I knew based on past experience that eliminating sugars and processed foods would give me the much needed kick-start in that direction. Seeing a much flatter tummy and knowing it happened through eating the right things made it a lot easier today to reach for a side of fruit and fresh veggies instead of chips. I want to keep us this momentum and reach my goal of losing ten more pounds. These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago, so the difference isn’t really noticeable in them. I can say that I can tell a difference in how my clothes are currently fitting, so I am quite pleased with my progress.
I recently tried a few options from Half Tee and have to say I am a new fan to their concept. What’s not to like about a product that helps provide some practical layering without additional bulk? As I grow older I appreciate covering up, but don’t necessarily want to worry about getting too warm, either. Half tees are a great solution! They are great for layering under dresses, cardigans, and short sleeve tees. The long sleeve options are perfect for making warm weather clothing transition to cooler weather seamlessly. They are available in short sleeve, long sleeve, and tank options in a variety of colors in sizes from XS to 3X. They also offer a matenity selection, which I would have loved with both of my pregnancies. How cute is this floral mesh long sleeve option?
